"Exclude Traffic of IP address Filter" doesn't work?

Hello! I have a question regarding "Exclude Traffic of IP address Filter". I have already applied the filter, but it doesn't work. Yandex Metrica still includes the session with that IP address into the data report. Any suggestion?
